About Taiba

Taiba Hamad Mishari Al-Humaidhi is a Kuwaiti businesswoman who embarks on her professional and practical journey motivated by her belief in the importance of being proactive at all times and that the path to success is nothing more than the individual's passion, as their work inspires and leads them to the idea.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (2006)

Taiba received excellent experience during her undergraduate studies by assisting in the establishment of the student newspaper at the university as an undergraduate, which she considers to be one of the most important stations that drove her to develop relationships and skills.
The supportive academic environment assisted her in developing her personal abilities as well as acquiring a variety of attributes and perceptions.

Business Ventures

2007-8
Worked as a Sponsorship and Events Coordinator at Zain Kuwait and part of the Advertising and Promotion team in the Marketing and Communications department.
2009
She co-founded BTZ Group, a personal business endeavour with her sisters, as her first venture into entrepreneurship. Taiba embarked on a new professional journey after the company's decision to close its doors in 2016
2016
Taiba co-founded "Floward," an interactive platform for flower and gift sales that gained popularity not only in Kuwait but also across the Middle East and the UK.
2019
Taiba managed several private projects, including Serve Bakery. The bakery successfully provided a unique and distinctive experience for customers, with Kuwaiti influences and international standards, moving away from traditional bakeries and cafés.
2021
Taiba understood the role of media in spreading education, creating awareness of key topics, and presenting inspiring examples. Therefore she founded Ethos Studios, a media production house, to give the finest possible experience for the receiver. It strives to present the message in a way that enriches the content using best practices, a skilled and artistic staff, and cutting-edge technologies.
2023
Following Ethos Studios, Taiba founded UGDC Media, a marketing and branding company.

Lei Wa Lakom

The campaign encourages women to take on leadership roles and achieve their goals. Over three seasons of "Lei Wa Lakom" Taiba met many inspiring women, engaging in discussions about success stories, overcoming obstacles, drawing lessons, and conveying them to viewers within a purposeful framework that lays the groundwork for repeating these inspiring stories, regardless of circumstances, time, or location.

Initiatives

Taiba's extensive experience has led her to advocate for initiatives with a social impact. She believes in the importance of bringing about change in society, particularly among women, in response to global changes.
She also believes in the necessity of empowering women and embedding this culture in the hearts of community members, and she advocates for Arab women's leadership.
In 2021, she launched "Lei Wa Lakom", which aims to promote community efforts to improve the role of women and address the issues they face, particularly juggling work and family. She shines the light on inspiring success stories of diverse female personalities in the Arab world through a channel on YouTube, which gained a lot of attention by highlighting the abilities of women who set examples of excellence and innovation.
She also believes in the necessity of empowering women and embedding this culture in the hearts of community members, and she advocates for Arab women's leadership.
